I've got the most amazing sourdough waffle recipe for you today.

We were planning our Easter brunch menu and these are a family fav so I wanted to share them with you!

I've been on the sourdough train for a few years but I've struggled getting in a routine with it.

There's not a lot of energy left for baking after doing all the things in a day.

All the steps in most sourdough recipes tend to overwhelm my already frazzled brain.

If you have sourdough at home but have struggled like me, these waffles are a great place to start.

They take less than 5 minutes to make and they're absolutely delicious.

Plus I hate throwing away all the discard so this is the perfect way to use it up.

Here's the recipe:

Have a wonderful Easter!
