Does it ever seem impossible to chase after your kids AND get real food on the table?

I have to admit, I'm feeling it hard these last few weeks.

Basketball keeps us running 4-5 nights a week.

We love watching them play but it also makes for very busy weeknights.

Even though we're busy, I'm not willing to sacrifice feeding them real, wholesome food.

Instead, I plan meals that are easy and practical for our busy schedule.

I know I'm not the only "stretched too thin" mom out there who struggles with mealtime.

That's why I'm sharing my favorite Lasagna recipe with you today.

It comes together in under 10 minutes but it tastes like you slaved all day to make it.

Here's the recipe:

I make it earlier in the day and set my oven to turn on about an hour before we're home.

We walk in the door and all do is throw together a salad and we're eating in 10 minutes.

It's magic.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!!

AND this recipe would also be perfect for your Valentine's dinner.

Serve it with Caesar salad, garlic toast, and red wine...

Enjoy!

Sick Kids? Try This Tasty, Easy Way to Boost Healthy Gut Bacteria

When I was a kid, I was on antibiotics constantly for strep throat or ear infections. Then as a teen/young adult I took antibiotics daily for years to treat acne. Certainly not something I'm proud of and definitely not something I'll be doing with my kids, but that's my reality and it's been a big part of my healing journey. Now that I see health in a different light, navigating the crunchy mom arena can sometimes be hard. I understand we get sick and antibiotics are sometimes necessary. So what would I do if my family needed antibiotics?

How To Make Homemade Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

We did it... we survived the holidays! 🥳 I love Christmas, but let's be honest, it can be little stressful, too. All the shopping, present wrapping, cooking, special Christmas morning breakfasts, extra laundry, fighting kids, cookie baking, cleaning, stomach flu 🤢, traveling, and late nights. It's a lot.
